Hello everyone! It's been awhile, I know :( Two weekends ago I attended KCON! What? You don't know what KCON is????? AIGOOOOO. Well KCON was a Korean cultural event, with the added bonus of a KPOP concert! Featuring the following performers: BAP, GN.A, EXO-M, VIXX, Nu'est, and 4minute. Awesome right? So lets just get into the experience.... Well a really brief experience thing..

The day for me started off a bit late, I believe I rolled in at about 2pm? I honestly can't remember that much... But I CAN remember that it was HOT. I saw all these little asian girls in skinny jeans and I was just looking at them like "HOLY CRAP HOW ARE YOU NOT ON FIRE YET?", seriously. I was wearing shorts and burning up... I thought the organization of the event was pretty good, it wasn't like wonderful (they could have done a lot more to make it better for everyone) but all in all good job! Oh, and I saw Simon and Martina of eatyourkimchi, NO BIGGIE. XD I love them for your information.
Now for the part you all probably care about, THE CONCERT...
Well to start off the show I believe it was BAP, I really like BAP! And I was just like in aw, just being all like "o m g we are breathing the same air. I'm going to faint.", I screamed, but not that much. I was saving my voice for a certain group ;D They performed 3 songs I think? I know 'NO MERCY' was the first one, but I can't remember the others XD they were amazing, I love BAP. One of my friends says me and Zelo are her OTP (only true pairing) ^^~ YAY
Next was GN.A I think. Lemme start off by saying she looks so odd in person to me, like disproportional. Big boobs and toothpick legs... Not a fan. And her outfit COULD have been cute, but with the bling or whatever on it it looked really cheap... She didn't sing live either. She did like the 'SO HOT' song and 'BLACK AND WHITE', maybe 'TOP GIRL'... I dunno. She MC-ed most of the night...
Next was... VIXX? I am SO unfamiliar with this group so they were performing and I'm all like "I've never heard this in my life.". They seemed really nice on stage, they didn't seem to have anything that made me be like "OOOO ROOKIE MISTAKE", so good job. I didn't really like any of their songs OTHER than the one that I believe is called "superhero", or something along those lines...
Then came nu'est, OH REN. He's so pretty in person, though I was watching him the whole performance and he looked OH SO THRILLED to be there. They did really well I thought, I was quiet impressed. I wanted to hug them all. ;D They performed 'ACTION', 'FACE', and that other cute song... I can't remember what it's called but they released an MV for it... Hopefully you know what I mean.
AND THEN IT WAS TIME FOR THE ONE THE ONLY... EXO M.
I seriously almost peed myself, (1) because I had to pee SUPER badly already, (2) maximum screaming, (3) maximum jumping, and (4)... IT'S FREAKIN' EXO M. I think I screamed all 20 minutes they were on stage. My voice was like D E A D. I kept screaming "LUHANNNNN! BAOOOOOZIIIIIII! TAOOOOOO! -insert everyone else-".. It was hardcore. They performed 'History', 'Angel', 'What is Love', and 'MAMA'. It. Was. Awesome. AND KRIS DID AEGYO.
YOU DID READ THAT CORRECTLY. HE DID AEGYOOOOOOOOO. 'buing buing'. omg THEY ALL DID AEGYO. I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES. There was SO much screaming. They were so good live T^T i was not worthy. I'm so biased doe XD
Lastly, 4minute. If you know me you know I am not a fan of them really. They were good in the beginning and now it's just become sad... Plus Gayoon wasn't there, which made it extra lame. I think they performed 'Volume Up', 'Mirror Mirror', 'Hot Issue', 'HUH', and maybe another song... Not sure ;/ They were good, looked awkward without Gayoon.
Over all I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed my time at KCON. The concert was super fun and the convention was too! Hope to go next year and see more idols!! :)
