SO ANYWAYS. Today's post is a japanese 'Gyaru' look. If you don't know what a gyaru is, google pictures of it, that'll give you the best idea of it. I don't know any technical things about gyaru's to be honest, but I think their style is amazing!! One of my biggest inspirations for this was Tsubasa Masukawa, aka the girl who made all the 'Dolly Wink' cosmetics! :) She's awesome.
Now LETS GET TO IT!
So this is the makeup I did :) Usually gyaru's have much more intense makeup, but this is very basic 'natural' gyaru makeup hehe~ I am wearing false eyelashes on the outer corners of my eye, extending on the winged eyeliner to try and make my eyes look bigger! I am also wearing circle lenses, Pop C lenses in grey... Currently on sale at 'lensvillage.com' (not paid to advertise, they just have good prices so I reccomend them to everyone!) the makeup I did was pretty simple, and what I have been wearing a lot recently! Just use a shimmery pretty 'close-to-your-skin-tone-neutral-color' all over your lids, and then blend brown into your crease, starting with a light brown and blending that pretty high and out to the side of your eye, this will make your eyes appear larger. Then after that just start using darker and darker shades of brown! I usually use 2-5 colors, and you can also use black just on the outer 'V' of your eye :)
So for my hair all I did was curl it with a flat iron, and straighten my bangs :) Which I cut straight across. I LOVE THEM! <3 I'm wearing my bow from AnimeNEXT, earrings from forever21, and shirt is a hand me down from my big sister haha!
This was me 'posing like a gyaru'. I saw one gyaru posting pictures like this so I figured "HEY THIS IS GYARU LIKE I'LL TAKE PICTURES LIKE THIS!", because usually I do not photograph myself like this. It looks really weird to me. >.>

I know, I know... I don't know me either. BUT THAT HIPPO IS JUST SO BLOODY CUTE. I think I'm going to name him Oliver. Fitting?
